Valentine’s Cake with Modelled Character – £80
This is a one-off class that runs from 11am to 2pm. During this 3 hour workshop you will make a heart shaped cake and top it off with your own handmade character.
Ideal for beginners and people looking to dive into character modelling.
In this class you will learn to cut shaped cakes, fill a cake, cover with icing and complete an iced cake.
You will also get to learn the basics of modelling figures/characters out of icing as you make this adorable bumble bee.
Gain confidence using a piping bag as we cover the basics of piped messages.
Our professional instructors will talk you through every step and will ensure that you feel confident in all of the techniques covered.
Most importantly, you will have fun in this unique learning experience where you can socialise, learn something new and leave with a delicious cake that you can share with friends and family!
